A hand-blown glass sculpture of a mouse in fluorescent green and glows in the dark!

This mouse represents a study where mice were given a gene found in certain bioluminescent jellyfish. These genes glow green when hit by blue or ultraviolet light. GTP, green fluorescent proteins, was discovered originally by scientist Osamu Shimomura, then at Princeton.
